Scientific Planning and Support for High Performance Buildings
JTC’s CleanTech Two is a laboratory intensive, multi-tenanted, core-and-shell building located in Singapore’s first eco-business park. Researchers from Energy Research Institute @ NTU, together with the chief design consultants, adopted a Scientific Planning and Support process in the planning, design and development stage, to ensure the building achieve superior energy performance. Intelligent Laboratory Energy Sub-metering System at NTU
A group of researchers from the Sustainable Building Technologies team at ERI@N started this project, with a primary objective to measure, analyse and process real-time building and energy data for all end-uses in a selected laboratory space located on the NTU campus. The system not only considers the total energy consumption on a whole building level but also the disaggregated energy consumption allocated to lighting, equipment, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation.
