Speaker's Profile

Ms Serena Ho

Serena is responsible for supporting EMC’s business growth objectives, including conceptualising and designing EMC’s upcoming electricity retail platform. She has done numerous training and consultancy, particularly in the ASEAN and Gulf regions. She was previously from EMC’s Market Administration Unit, which reviews Singapore’s wholesale electricity market design and proposes refinements to enhance

Serena holds a BSc Degree in Mathematics and Economics (First Class Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University.

Mr Sivakumar Avadia

Siva has been in the conservation and sustainability business since 1999, co-founding Environmental Solutions (Asia) Pte Ltd. In Nov 2016, Environmental Solutions Asia launched Singapore’s first Carbon Neutral Energy Retailing Service in Singapore.

Mr. Sivakumar holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from National University of Singapore
