| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :renovation/imprvt./rehab. of old municipal building with separate rooms for pwds, counselling or therapy room, upgraded restrooms and gad office Invitation to apply and to bid for the renovation/improvement /rehab. of old municipal building with seaparate rooms for pwds , counseling or therapy room, upgraded restrooms and gad office poblacion, new washington, aklan the local government unit of new washington, aklan, through gad program fund cy 2023 intends to apply the sum of three million eight hundred two thousand four hundred pesos (php3,802,400.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for the renovation/improvement /rehab. of old municipal building with seaparate rooms for pwds , counseling or therapy room, upgraded restrooms and gad office at poblacion, new washington, aklan under contract no. infra-2023-06. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1.The local government unit of new washington, aklan now invites bids for item no. 1 - project billboard; item no. 2- occupational safety and health program; item no. 3 - mobilization/demobilization; item no. 4 - clearing, demolition and excavation; item no. 5 - concrete works; item no. 6 - masonry works; item no. 7 - electrical works; item no. 8 - sanitary and plumbing works; item no. 9 - tile works; item no 10 - ceiling and wall division works; item no. 11 - doors and windows; item no. 12 - painting works; item no. 13 - stainless steel /glass railings . completion of the works is required within one hundred fifty days (150) calendar days. bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the government procurement reform act. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. 4.Interested bidders may obtain further information from local government unit of new washington, aklan and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 5.A complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on june 7, 2023 to june 27, 2023 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of five thousand pesos (php5,000.00). it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps) and the website of the procuring enti |
