| Description: | Expression of Interest: Consultant for Operations Coordination The ta programs objectives are to revive travel and tourism, build industry resilience, and promote sustainability in response to the covid-19 crisis and future public health emergencies. by fostering knowledge sharing, capacity development, and collaboration, the program aims to create a more resilient and sustainable travel and tourism sector. the asian development bank (adb) is providing technical assistance (ta) to support developing member countries (dmcs) in responding to the covid-19 crisis and building resilient travel and tourism industries. the ta aims to protect the industrys workforce and customers, sustain businesses, and develop climate-smart operating models. the adb will be the executing agency for the technical assistance (ta) project and will implement the ta through the health sector group secretariat in the sustainable development and climate change department, in close coordination with other policy, operations departments and other sector groups and thematic groups. This role will work closely with adb officers to coordinate ta management activities which will include ta processing, implementation, and supervision; procurement of goods; recruitment of consultants; reporting, monitoring, and evaluation (including primary data collection activities); and accounting and auditing. the implementation coordinator, in close liaison with the adb project leads, will play a key role in coordinating activities of individual consultants and consulting firms to ensure delivery of the following: Consulting Services Budget:Consulting services budget usd 35,000 |
