| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :p.R no. 23-05-0592: transfer/disposal of 30,674.85 tons residual waste Republic of the philippines city of lapu-lapu 6015 bids and awards committee invitation to bid for the procurement of transfer/ disposal of 30,674.85 tons residual waste the city of lapu-lapu through the mooe funds 1061-5-02-99-990-2 intends to apply the sum of fifty million five pesos and fifty centavos (? 50,000,005.50) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for the procurement of transfer/ disposal of 30,674.85 tons residual waste p. r no. 23-05-0592. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. the city of lapu-lapu through the bids and awards committee (bac) now invites bids for the abovementioned procurement project. cto item no. qty. unit of issue item description 1. 30,674.85 tons transfer/disposal of residual waste terms of references: 1. hauling of lapu-lapu city residual waste from temporary transfer station to an accredited sanitary landfill. (weighing of grabage truck before loading and after loading with residual waste at existing truck weighing scale of the citys mrf) 2. loading of garbage from existing dumpsite, hauling, management and transportation to the designated sanitary landfill, will be the responsibility of the service provider. 3. service provider will ensure the hauling of the daily garbage collected at the temporary station to the sanitary landfill with a minimum of 180 tons/day. 4. must ensure the availability of garbage trucks to meet the daily requirements of the city. (preferably owned and good running condition) 5. garbage truck must have proper cover to prevent spillage and leachate while on transit. spraying of anti-odor and anti-bacterial enzymes to prevent odor pollution is mandatory. 6. the winning bidder must secure necessary permits from the concern agency/ies in the transport of solid waste to the sanitary landfill. 7. service provider must have an existing memorandum of agreement to a sanitary landfill with an environmental compliance certification (ecc). 8. the processing of the billing will be twice a month. *equipment deployment: 1. one (1) unit backhoe with ready standby unit 2. must have minimum of 5 units to a maximum of 10 units dump trucks (ten wheeler trucks). delivery of the goods is required within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of notice of award/purchase order. bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii (instructions to bidders). bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 9184. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships |
