| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :construction/installation of integrated solar street lights Republic of the philippines province of zamboanga del sur municipality of dimataling invitation to bid for 1. the municipal government of dimataling, zamboanga del sur, has an approved budget from the sanggunian through 20% of lgu-local development fund of 2023 in the amount one million five hundred thousand pesos (php 1,500,000.00), being the approved budget for the contract (abc) for the construction/installation of integrated solar street lights. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the municipality of dimataling, zamboanga del sur, now invites bids for construction/installation of integrated solar street lights under contract number (dim-infra-2023-22) . completion of the works is required with the duration of 33 calendar days. bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the government procurement reform act. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. 4. the municipality of dimataling, zamboanga del sur will hold a pre-bid conference on june 1, 2023 @ 10:00 a.M., at , 3f-municipal building, kagawasan, dimataling, zamboanga del sur, which shall be open to all interested parties. 5. interested bidders may obtain further information from bac secretariat office, 3/f municipal building, kagawasan, dimataling, zamboanga del sur and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from june 5, 2023 to june 14, 2023 monday to friday 8:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M. 6. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on june 5, 2023 to june 14, 2023 from the address below bac secretariat office, 3/f municipal building, kagawasan, dimataling, zamboanga del sur, in the amount of php. 5,000.00/lot. it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps), provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. 7. bids must be duly received by the bac secretariat at the address below on or before june 14, 2023 @ 10:00 am.. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb clause 18. bid opening shall be on june 14, 2023@ 10:00 am. at 3rd floor-bac conference room, municipal building, kagawasan, dimataling, zamboanga |
