| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :hiring of 1 utility for magayad integrated school effective june 1, 2023 - december 31, 2023 Term of reference for janitorial services technical specifications : 1. seven (7) months (-june - december 2023) provision of janitorial services at deped-cdo magayad integrated school rendering atleast 8 hrs. per day -7:00-4:00 -8:00-5:00 -five (5) days a week ( monday- friday) including holidays and can render overtime on saturdays if services is needed -one (1) utility personnel 2. the service provider shall provide one (1) utility personnel who are: -one (1) female/male -must be 20 yrs old above -must have sss. phic. hdmf accounts -must have updated sss, phic, hdmf remiitances -of good moral character and without criminal record of police records -physically and mentally fir 3. the service provider and utility personnel shall perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with the term of reference for the contract inclusion: 1. daily routine activities -sweeping and mopping of principals office, computer room, rooms and hallways -sweeping and cleaning of office comfort rooms, dispose trash and clean trash bins -disinfect lavatories and urinals -perform other janitorial related functions as maybe needed in the operation of the school -conduct regular disinfection of various surfaces -daily logs and timer records (in/out) 2. weekly routine -spraying of insecticide -washing of doormats -dusting of windows 3. monthly operations: -sweeping of cobwebs -replace busted lights, bulb or report any repairs and damages that need replacements -submit dtrs every 1st day of the month Pre-bid conference: approved budget for the contract: php 84,000.00 Closing date / time: 29/05/2023 8:00 am |
