| Description: | Request for quotation (rfq) :solid waste management program construction and rehabilitation of transfer station 1. the brgy. guilon through the barangay funds intends to apply the sum of seventy seven thousand thirty six pesos & 40/100 (p 77,036.40) being the abc to payments under the contract for the supply of materials for the project solid waste management program construction and rehabilitation of transfer station at brgy. guilon, samal dist., igacos. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) 9184. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietors, partnerships, or organizations with at least 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines and to citizens or organizations of a country where laws and regulations grants similar rights or privileges to filipino citizens, pursuant to ra no. 5183. 3. prospective bidder may obtain further information from bac secretariat at brgy. hall, brgy. guilon, samal district, igacos and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9:00am - 3:00pm. 4. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on june 2, 2023 at the brgy. hall of guilon, samal district, igacos upon payment of the applicable fee of the bidding documents. 5. the brgy. guilon will hold a pre-bid conference of june 2, 2023 at 1:00pm at conference hall, brgy. guilon, samal district, igacos. 6. bids must be duly received by the bac secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before 1:00pm of june 9, 2023. late bids shall not be accepted. 7. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb clause 14. 8. bid opening shall be on june 9, 2023 at 1 oclock in the afternoon at conference hall, brgy. hall, guilon, samal district, igacos. bids will be open in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend the activity. 9. the brgy. guilon reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract/purchased order at any time prior to contract award in accordance with sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised irr of ra no. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 10. for further information please refer below: hon. norvy m. roble bac secretariat bac office, brgy. guilon, samal district, igacos approved by: hon. joessie b. heramil bac chairman Pre-bid conference: date: 02/06/2023 Time: 1:00 pm Venue: conference hall, brgy. guilon, samal district, igacos Closing date / time: 09/06/2023 1:00 pm |
