| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :installation of solar street light (63 pcs) The sangguniang barangay mulawin, tanza, cavite through its bids and awards committee (bac), invites contractors registered with and classified by the philippine contractors accreditation board (pcab) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for hereunder contract: name of project : installation of solar street light (63 pcs) location : barangay mulawin, tanza, cavite approved budget for the contract : php 1,173,020.88 contract duration : twenty-two (22) calendar days prospective bidders should experience in undertaking a similar project with an amount of 50% of the proposed contract for bidding. the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria. post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. all particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance security, evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of contract shall governed by the provisions of r.A. 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations (irr). the complete schedule of activities is listed, as follows: activities date & time venue issuance of bid documents may 22, 2023 / 10:00am bac secretariat opening of bids may 24, 2023 /8:00am brgy. hall mulawin, tanza cavite bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of php 500.00 to the barangay treasurer. for submission of letter, company profile, issuance of bid documents and other inquiries please contact the office of the bac secretariat. the sangguniang barangay mulawin reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to cancel the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract, waive any defects therein, and accept offers most advantageous to the government, without thereby incurring any liabilities whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of the bids and obligation to inform the affected bidder(s) of ground(s) for the bacs action.
