| Description: | Request for quotation (rfq) :one (1) lot supply of all materials, manpower, tools, supplies, equipment, delivery, and installation for the rehabilitation and landscaping works of the gardens at the dap conference center in tagayt Project title: one (1) lot supply of all materials, manpower, tools, supplies, equipment, delivery, and installation for the rehabilitation and landscaping works of the gardens at the dap conference center in tagaytay city project component no. 1: the s-curve (both sides) from the drop off point going to the entrance of the upper lobby project component no. 2: plant boxes of the dates trees along the covered pathway from the executive office going to the cottages area a. general scope of work: a.1. conduct site inspection in order to completely assess the actual condition of the working area; a.2. mobilization of all the needed manpower, tools, equipment, supplies, machineries and materials on-site including all applicable personal protective equipment (ppe) necessary for the completion of the project; a.3. ensure the safety and security of all dap personnel and properties during the implementation of the activities; a.4. repair & restore dap property that may be damaged as a result of the works during the project implementation at the expense of the contractor; a.5. ensure visibility and presence of safety signages/barricades/barriers in all areas affected; a.6. proper disposal of the debris out of the dapcc premises, shall be the sole responsibility of the awarded supplier; a.7. clearing, hauling and disposal of debris that were the result of the implementation of the project. proper disposal of the debris out of the dapcc premises, shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor; b. specific scope of work: b.1. project component no. 1: b.1.1. clearing of existing plants and transferring to the desired area. existing plants will be transferred to bbq-b area along the dining glass windows/doors (see attached layout); b.1.2. clearing and levelling of uneven portions of the areas to be landscaped; b.1.3. weeds and dead plants shall be properly uprooted and/or treated; b.1.4. improvement of soil medium before proceeding with the landscaping works; b.1.5. use of assorted plants, including decorative accents like rocks, stones, and etc; b.1.6. plants shall be at least 820 pcs/pots with 18 different varieties and more; b.1.7. plants shall be healthy, hardy, strong, and thriving plants which are free from pests and diseases; b.1.8. with at least 10 days warranty period on plants used on cases of wilting or dying plants due to mishandling/poor handling during the implementation stage; b.1.9. all existing utility lines (electrical and/or plumbing) shall be preserved and maintained; and b.1.10. implementation date is preferably within the period of june 01 to 15, 2023. b.2. project component no. 2: b.2.1. landscaping works of 8 plant boxes; b.2.2. clearing of existing plants and transferring to the desired area. exi |
