| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :completion/upgrading/repair of new washington rural health unit ii Invitation to apply and to bid for the completion of rural health unit ii(phase ii) barangay mataphao new washington, aklan 1.The local government unit of new washington, aklan, through the department of health - health facilities enhancement program (hfep) cy 2022 intends to apply the sum of two million pesos (php2,000,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for the completion/upgrading /repair of new washngton rural health unit at barangay mataphao, new washington, aklan under contract no. infra-2023-04. 2.Bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 3.The local government unit of new washington, aklan now invites bids for item no.1 general requirements: 1.10- project billboards, project marker and signages; item no. 1.20 occupational safety and health program; item no. 1.30 - mobilization/demobilization item no. 2 concrete works: item no. 2.10- reinforced concrete works; item no. 2.20 masonry and plastering works; item no. 2.30 - structure excavation and demolition item no. 3 electrical & plumbing : item no. 3.10 electrical works; item no. 3.20 plumbing works ; item no. 4 - finishing: item no. 4.10- tile works; item no. ceiling works; item no. 4.30 doors and windows; item no. 4.40 stairs and hand railings; item no. 4.50 - painting works . completion of the works is required within one hundred twenty days (120) calendar days. bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 4.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the government procurement reform act. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. 4.Interested bidders may obtain further information from local government unit of new washington, aklan and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 5.A complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on may 15, 2023 to june 5, 2023 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of five thousand pesos (php5,000.00). it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps) and the website of the procuring entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the |
