| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :supply and delivery of 3 units solar poly tunnel dryer and 6 units multi-commodity solar dryer in mimaropa Invitation to bid for the supply and delivery of 3 units solar poly tunnel dryer and 6 units multi-commodity solar dryer in mimaropa pg-23-79 1. the department of agriculture region iv-mimaropa through the government of the philippines (gop) intends to apply the sum of one million six hundred twenty thousand pesos (php1,620,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of 3 units solar poly tunnel dryer and 6 units multi-commodity solar dryer in mimaropa to be use in post harvest activities of high value commodities and for implementation of corn and cassava mechanization 2023. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the department of agriculture region iv-mimaropa now invites bids supply and delivery of 3 units solar poly tunnel dryer and 6 units multi-commodity solar dryer in mimaropa. delivery of the goods must be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days in various municipalities of aforementioned provincers. bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract 25% similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in section ii. instruction to bidders. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (r.A.) 9184, otherwise known as the government procurement reform act . bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporation or cooperatives with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to filipino citizens, pursuant to ra 5183 and subject to commonwealth act 138. 4. interested bidders may obtain further information from the department of agriculture region iv-mimaropa and inspect the bidding documents at the da-mimaropa satellite office, 3/f ati bldg., diliman, quezon city during office hours (8:00a.M.- 5:00p.M.). 5. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders from the da-mimaropa satellite office, 3/f ati bldg., diliman, quezon city and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of php5,000.00 cash not later than the submission of their bids. 6. the department of agriculture region iv-mimaropa will hold a pre-bid conference on may 19, 2023, 10:00 a.M. at the da-mimaropa satellite office, 3/f ati bldg., diliman, q.C. and via videoconferencing through zoom cloud meeting platform, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7. bids must be duly received by the b |
