| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :provision of 3in-diameter deepwell and installation of new pumphouse for the field at philrice batac and provision of solar streetlights under pb-prri-2023-001 Invitation to bid for the provision of 3in-diameter deepwell and installation of new pumphouse for the field at philrice batac and provision of solar streetlights 1. the da-philippine rice research institute batac, through the 2023 business development unit income intends to apply the sum of one million eighty-nine thousand five hundred eighty-one pesos and seventy-two centavos (php 1,089,581.72) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for provision of 3in-diameter deepwell and installation of new pumphouse for the field at philrice batac and provision of solar streetlights. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the da-philippine rice research institute batac now invites bids for the above procurement project. completion of the works is required within 60 calendar days. bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii (instructions to bidders). 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 9184. 4. interested bidders may obtain further information from da-philippine rice research institute batac through telecommunication or video conferencing during office hours and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from philgeps and philrice websites.
