| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :installation of solar lighting system at brgy. tagumpay, brgy. malinao, brgy. pantoc, brgy. sawmill & brgy. south poblacion, gabaldon, nueva ecija Invitation to bid for installation of solar lighting system at brgy. tagumpay, brgy. malinao, brgy. pantoc, brgy. sawmill & brgy. south poblacion, gabaldon, nueva ecija 1. the lgu gabaldon, through the budget for the contract approved by the respective sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of two million pesos only (p 2,000,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for installation of solar lighting system at brgy. tagumpay, brgy. malinao, brgy. pantoc, brgy. sawmill & brgy. south poblacion, gabaldon, nueva ecija, describe below: installation of 60-watts solar street lighting system including construction of concrete pedestal 60 watts led streetlamps solar streetlamp fan holder head design specification: 60 pcs high efficacy smd dimension: 660mm x 290mm x 156mm (maximum) daylight:6000k solar panel specification: poly crystalline silicon 65 watts-5v dimension: 603mm x 670mm x 30mm (maximum) lithium battery: 3.2v, 45ah, maintenance free battery, deep cycle tbcc timeable brightness controller charger & auto day/night recognition special water proof plug connector from solar panel to built in led streetlamp ingress protection (ip) 65 post: 3 dia. 4.5m height, powder coated tapered anti-theft features bracket and controller arm: 90cm long, powder coated flange thickness: 10mm flange base plate: warranty: one (1) year operation hours (battery) 48hrs 2-3 days with (under normal circumstances) 43 pcs bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the lgu-gabaldon now invites bids for the above procurement project. delivery of the goods are one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. bidders should have completed, within the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 9184. a. bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised irr of ra no. 9184. 4. interested bidders may obtain further information from lgu-gabaldon thru its bac secretariat and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during 8:00am to 5:00 pm 5. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on may 10, 2023 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of five thousand pesos only (php 5,000.00) it may also be downlo |
