| Description: | Request for quotation (rfq) :office equiptment at shs faculty and registrar The naga city school of arts and trades through the 2018 general appropriation act (gaa) intends to apply the sum of fifty-five thousand pesos only (p 55,000.00) payments under the procurement of two units 1.5 hp inverter window type aircon, fast cooling, easy to clean filter (office equipment at shs new faculty room and registrar office). quotation received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected. the naga city school of arts and trades, naga city, now invites quotation proposals for the procurement of two units 1.5 hp inverter window type aircon, fast cooling, easy to clean filter (office equipment at shs new faculty room and registrar office). delivery of the goods is required within 1 day after the award of contract which is subject to inspection and approval of the inspection committee. submission of quotation proposal is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the irr of ra 9184. quotation cost should include free delivery of items. interested bidders may obtain further information from naga city school of arts and trades, naga city at (054) 871-5390, between 8:00 am to 12:00 and 1:00 to 5:00 pm. a complete set of request for quotations form may be obtained at no cost by interested bidders from may 10,2023 to may 15,2023 school days only, at the office of the supply office naga city school of arts and trades or may be downloaded from the website. original copies of quotation proposals must be delivered to the office of the supply office, naga city school of arts and trades, on or before 10:00 am of may 15,2023. late proposal shall not be accepted. bidder with the lowest calculated responsive bid shall be requested to present the actual unit equipment or any form of representation, whichever is possible, subject for procurement for verification purposes which is the basis for awarding of the notice of award. in addition to the basic legal documents, winning bidder/s should provide this office with its philgeps registration number, dti/sec registration, mayors permit and certificate of registration (bir) shall be attached upon the submission of the quotation. the naga city school of arts and trades, naga city reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
