| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :construction of solar power system Invitation to bid for the construction of solar power system 1. the philippine science high school-cagayan valley campus, through the general appropriations act (gaa) of 2023 intends to apply the sum of ten million pesos (php 10,000,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for the construction of solar power system and reference number 2023-041. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the philippine science high school-cagayan valley campus now invites bids for the above procurement project. completion of the works is required of 120 cd. bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii (instructions to bidders). 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 9184. in view of prevailing covid-19 measures, procurement meetings (e.G. pre-bid conference, opening of bid, etc.) shall conducted via web conference with urls available and accessible to the general public for observation and viewing. the corresponding urls including the date and time of meeting shall be posted in philgeps and pshs-cvc website. 4. interested bidders may obtain further information from philippine science high school-cagayan valley campus and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 to 5:00pm (monday to friday). 5. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on may 9 to 29, 2023 from given address and website/s and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb in the amount of (php10,000.00), payment to the cashier counter (hazel b. gannaban, cp # 0917-314-6640). the procuring entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees and email to pshscvcampus@gmail.Com. 6. the philippine science high school-cagayan valley campus will hold a pre-bid conference on may 16, 2023 at 2:00 pm at bac office, administrative building, masoc, bayombong, nueva vizcaya and/or through videoconferencing/webcasting google meet, which shall be open to prospective bidders. in the event that covid-19 measures are still in effect, the pre-bid conference shall be held online via zoom meeting. https://us06web.Zoom.Us/meeting/register/tzyvcu-hqdwig9zpqpc15eudvj8_sjk59dl0 participants and observers may register in advance with the zoom credentials provided. after registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. 7. bids must be duly received by the bac secretariat through manual submission |
