| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :construction of solar streetlights of brgy. hamoraon Republic of the philippines province of camarines sur municipality of minalabac barangay hamoraon invitation to bid purchase and delivery of supplies materials/equipment for the installation of 9 units led solar streetlights from zone 3-7. 1. blgu of hamoraon minalabac, cam. sur through the 20% bdf c/y 2022 budget intends to apply the some of eighty thousand nine hundred forty five pesos (php 89,945.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payment under the contract for the purchase and delivery of supplies materials/equipment for the installation of 9 units led solar streetlights from zone 3-7. of barangay hamoraon bids received and excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected of the opening. 2. blgu of hamoraon now invites bids for the purchase and delivery of supplies materials/equipment for the installation of 9 units led solar streetlights from zone 3-7. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementation of rule and regulation (irr) of republic act 9184, otherwise known as the government procurement reform act. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnership or organization with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. 4. interested bidders may obtain further information from blgu-hamoraon and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during office days from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 5. a complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below upon payment of the amount of three hundred pesos (php. 300.00). 6. bids must be deliver to the address below on or before march , 2023 at the bac secretariat office of barangay hamoraon. all bids must be accompanied by a bids security in any of the acceptable form in the amount stated in itb, bids will be opened in presence of the bidders representatives, who chooses to the attend at the address below. late bids shall not be accepted. 7. to be eligible to bid for this contract, contractors must submit three copies, one original copy and two photocopies of bidding documents and such be accordance with the philippine documents. 8. the procurement activities as follows: activity: inclusive dates issuance of bid documents: may 9 to 11, 2023 (8 am to 5 pm) at barangay hamoraon, minalabac, cam. sur. submission of bid: may 12 to may 13 , 2023 (9 am to 5pm) at the bac secretariat office barangay hall of hamoraon opening of bids: may 16, 2023 at 10 am at the barangay hall of hamoraon. 9. blgu of hamoraon, minalabac, cam. sur reserve the right to accept or reject any of all bids and to annul the bidding process anytime before contract award, without incurring any liability to he affected bidders. 10. for more details and further information please v |
