The bac will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligiblity check/screening as well as the preliminary Examination of bids. the bac will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding Conference, evaluation of bids, post qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent Provisions of r.A 9184 and its implementing rules and regulation (irr). The schedule of bac activities are as follows: 1. receipt from prospective bidders of letter of intent (loi) : april 27, 2023 2. issuance of bid documents : may 2, 2023 3. receipt of legal/tech/financial : may 8, 2023 not later than 12:00 noon 4. opening of bids - may 8, 2023 - 2:00pm The bac secretariat will issue to the prospective bidders the eligibility forms upon submission of a letter of Intent (loi) to the bac office and the prospective bidders shall also submit the eligibility requirements to The bac secretariat to the said address as specified dates above. The bac will issue bidding documents only to bidders declared by the committee to be eligible and upon Payment of non-refundable amount five hundred pesos only (p 500.00) to the barangay treasurer.
