| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :diversion works Invitation to bid The national irrigation administration through gaa cy 2023 fund intends to apply the sum of two hundred million two hundred ninety seven thousand eight hundred six and 32/100 pesos only (p200,297,806.32) being the total approved budget for the contract (abc) for the listed contracts below with corresponding information. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
