All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conference, evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of r.A. 9184 and its implementing rules and regulation (irr). The schedule of bac-good/services activities is as follows: Bac activities schedule 1. issuance of bid documents - april 25 to may 5, 2023 2. submission of letters of intent and application for eligibility - april 25 to may 5, 2023 3. pre-bid conference - may 10, 2023 4. opening of bids - may 22, 2023 5. post qualification - may 24, 2023 6. notice of award - may 29, 2023 The bac will issue to prospective bidders eligibility forms at bac secretariat office, upon their submission of a loi, and upon their payment of non-refundable amount of ________ to the lgu of sogod, cashier. prospective bidders shall submit the eligibility requirements to the bac at the said address. they may also obtain the results of the eligibility check by the bac at the same address. The bac issue bidding documents only to bidders declared by the bac to be eligible for the bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount of _______________ to the lgu of sogod, cashier.
