The municipality of sogod, cebu, through its bids and awards committee invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors to bidding for the hereunder project:

Name of the project : procurement and supply of 50 sets of solar lamp with post at barangay liki street

Brief description : this contract includes installation and supply of solar street lights
Approved budget cost : p 1,000,000.00

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. the bac will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. the bac will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conference, evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of r.A. 9184 and its implementing rules and regulation (irr).
The schedule of bac-good/services activities is as follows:

The bac will issue to prospective bidders eligibility forms at bac secretariat office, upon their submission of a loi, and upon their payment of non-refundable amount of ________ to the lgu of sogod, cashier. prospective bidders shall submit the eligibility requirements to the bac at the said address. they may also obtain the results of the eligibility check by the bac at the same address.

The bac issue bidding documents only to bidders declared by the bac to be eligible for the bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount of _______________ to the lgu of sogod, cashier.

The lgu, sogod, cebu assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
