| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :supply, construction and installation of solar streetlights Invitation to bid for Supplies & delivery of materials Supply, construction and installation of solar streetlights Barangay poblacion zone 3 villasis, pangasinan 1. the barangay poblacion zone iii, municipality of villasis pangasinan through its bids and award committee(bac), intends to apply the sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos (php 150,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payment for the supply, construction and installation of solar streetlights of barangay poblacion zone 3 , municipality of villasis pangasinan. 2. the barangay poblacion zone iii, municipality of villasis pangasinan now invites bids for installation of solar streetlights barangay poblacion zone 3, municipality of villasis pangasinan. delivery is required within 20 days. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 9184, otherwise known as the government procurement reform act. 4. prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project with an amount at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. the bac will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/ screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. 5. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 9184, otherwise known as the government procurement reform act. 6. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to filipino citizens, pursuant to ra no. 5183 and subject to commonwealth act 138. 7. interested bidders may obtain further information from the barangay poblacion zone iii, municipality of villasis pangasinan and inspect the bidding documents at the poblacion zone iii barangay hall, villasis pangasinan during 9:00 am-4:00 pm. 8. a complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by the interested bidders on april 21 to april 28,2023 from the address below. it may be downloaded from the website of the philgeps and/or the website of the procuring entity. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb. 9. the contract will be awarded to the bidder whose bid is the most advantageous and responsive to the requirements of the bac. please quote your lowest price on the said contract, the bids and awards committee shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any price quot |
