| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :supply and delivery of materials for the installation of solar streetlights @ purok i & ii, brgy. potol, infanta, pangasinan Republic of the philippines Province of pangasinan Municipality of infanta Barangay potol Bids and awards committee Invitation to bid for supply and delivery of materials for the installation of solar streetlights @ purok i & ii, brgy. potol, infanta, pangasinan 1. the barangay potol, infanta, pangasinan, through the budget for the contract approved by the sanggunian, fy 2023 intends to apply the sum of four hundred fifty three thousand six hundred forty eight & 00/100 only (? 453,648.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of materials for the installation of solar streetlights @ purok i & ii, brgy. potol, infanta, pangasinan/ project id no. bp-2023-04-01-goods. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid. 2. the barangay potol, infanta, pangasinan now invites bids for the above procurement project. delivery of the goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days. bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii (instructions to bidders). 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 9184.
