| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :fod-h-23-0655 ( r1) : supply of labor and materials for the establishment of solar-powered irrigation sytem located at datag norte, balilihan, bohol Invitation to bid for the Supply of labor and materials for the establishment of solar-powered irrigation sytem located at datag norte, balilihan, bohol 1. the department of agriculture-regional field office 7, through the gaa 2023 intends to apply the sum of one million one hundred five thousand pesos (?1,105,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for the supply of labor and materials for the establishment of solar-powered irrigation sytem located at datag norte, balilihan, bohol. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the department of agriculture-regional field office 7, now invites platinum philgeps registered contractors/ bidders to bid for the supply of labor and materials for the establishment of solar-powered irrigation sytem located at datag norte, balilihan, bohol. scope of work: part i. acilities for the engineers: provision of field office for the engineers (rental basis) part ii. other general requirements: permanent monuments and markers; project billboard/signboard; part iii: a. earthworks: clearing and grubbing; structure excavation and backfill; part iii: b. plain and reinforced concrete work; structural concrete (class a, 28 days); reinforcing steel grade 40; formworks and falseworks; part iii: c. finishing and other civil works; painting works; metal structures; part iii: d. electrical; solar panel with inverter and other devices (min. rated watts = 2,600 watts); part iii: e. mechanical: water pumping system site: brgy. datag norte, balilihan, bohol. completion of the works is required within ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of the approved notice to proceed (ntp). the contractor / bidder must have the minimum equipment required: one (1) owned and one (1) leased one bagger mixer; one (1) owned bar cutter; one (1) owned bar bender; one (1) owned welding machine and technical personnel required: one (1) project engineer; one (1) foreman; six (6) skilled laborers; fifteen (15) unskilled laborers. bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. similar project shall refer to irrigation projects. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. bidders must have a similar completed single contract with a value of at least 50% of the abc of the project to be bid. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive interested bidders may obtain further information from department of agriculture regional field office 7- bac secretariat and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.M.- 5:00 p.M.. 4. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on april 20, 2023 from department of agriculture regi |
