Duration: 75 cd Total abc: php. 5,118,816.32 Bid documents: php. 5,000.00 1. the local government unit of sultan kudarat, maguindanao, through sglg/dilg/performance challenge fund (pcf-2023) intends to apply the sum of five million one hundred eighteen thousand eight hundred sixteen pesos and 32/100 centavos (php.5,188,816.32) approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract of sglg/dilg/performance challenge fund-2023 infrastructure projects. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the local government unit of sultan kudarat, maguindanao, now invites bids for the above-mentioned projects with their corresponding contract duration. bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instruction to bidders. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the government procurement reform act ; (i)bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. 4. bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the irr of ra 9184; 5. interested bidders may obtain further information from the local government unit of sultan kudarat, maguindanao and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm monday to friday; 6. a complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the bidding documents to the local government unit of sultan kudarat, maguindanao cashier in the amount of as stated above; It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps) and the website of the procuring entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. 7. the local government unit of sultan kudarat, maguindanao will hold a pre-bid conference on april 25, 2023 @ 9:00 a.M. con |
