| Description: | Request for expression of interest :request for expression of interest (bid no. cs-2209-334-1) Request for expression of interest Procurement of consultancy services for the conduct of prefeasibility study for the establishment of industrial parks in davao city (bid no. cs-2209-334-1) 1. the city government of davao, through the bids and awards committee intends to apply the sum of one million eight hundred pesos (php 1,800,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for pre-feasibility study on the establishments of more industrial park in davao city. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals. 2. the city government of davao now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for pre-feasibility study on the establishments of more industrial park in davao city. eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the bac secretariat on april 25, 2023 (tuesday) not later than twelve noon (12:00 noon) at the room 6, city general services office, city hall (right side entrance), city hall drive, davao city. applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion. 3. interested consultants/bidders may obtain further information from bac secretariat office at window 3 of city general service office, city hall, davao city and inspect the bidding documents during monday to friday, 8:00 a.M to 5:00 p.M. 4. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders starting on april 18, 2023 upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of five thousand pesos (php 5,000.00). It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps) (https://notices.Philgeps.Gov.Ph/) and the website of the procuring entity (www.Davaocityportal.Com) (bac posting) provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. 5. the bac shall draw up the short list of consultants from those who have submitted expression of interest, including the eligibility documents, and have been determined as eligible in accordance with the provisions of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the government procurement reform act , and its implementing rules and regulations (irr). the short list shall consist of eligible prospective bidders who will be entitled to submit bids. the technical evaluation criteria for short listing are: A. applicable experience and capability of the firm - 30% B. qualification of organic/permanent personnel who may be assigned to the study - 30% C. financial capacity - 20% D. current workload relative to capacity - 20% Eligible consultants should pass the hurdle rate of 70 out of 100 points to be considered shortlis |
