| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :mdrrmf2023g3: procurement of solar lights Republic of the philippines Cordillera administrative region Municipality of langiden Langiden, abra Invitation to bid for Procurement of solar lights 1. the local government unit-langiden, abra, through municipal disaster risk reduction management fund, series of 2023, intends to apply the sum of four hundred thousand pesos (php 400,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for mdrrmf2023g3: procurement of solar lights, langiden, abra. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the local government unit-langiden, abra now invites bids for the procurement of solar lights. delivery of goods is required within 45 calendar days. bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in the instruction to bidders. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the government procurement act . Bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines, and to citizens or organization of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to filipino citizens, pursuant to ra 5183. 4. interested bidders may obtain further information from local government unit- langiden,abra, and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9:00am to 4:00pm. 5. a complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on april 18, 2023 to may 8, 2023 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of one thousand pesos (php1,000.00) 6. the local government unit- langiden,abra will hold a pre-bid conference on april 25, 2023 at 10:30 am at sb hall, municipal building, langiden, abra., which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7. bids must be duly received by the bac secretariat at below or on may 9, 2023 at 9:00 am at sb hall, municipal building, langiden, abra all bids must be accompanied.By a bid security in any of The acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb.
