| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :installation of solar lights April 17, 2023 Invitation to bid Sealed proposal in ink typewritten one (1) copy will be received from bonafide suppliers on april 24, 2023 at 3:00 p.M. at the barangay hall, barangay pinili, san jose city, nueva ecija on which date, time and place the bid will publicly opened in the presence of the bidders or their duly authorized representative for the installation of solar lights @ brgy. pinili, san jose city, nueva ecija. two envelope system, will be used as per implementing rules and regulations of republic act 9184. the approved budget for the contract (abc) is two hundred fifty thousand pesos only. (p250,000.00). Each bid shall accompanied by bidders bond in the form of either cash, managers check, bank guarantee acceptable to the government and payable to the barangay treasurer equivalent to two point five percent (2.5 %) of the total amount of bid as guarantee of good faith otherwise the bid shall not honored by the committee on awards. The successful bidders shall be retained and subsequently raised to five percent (5 %) when she/he enters into contract immediately upon receipt of advice or award. his/her failure to sign the contract shall mean forfeiture of his/her two point five percent (2.5%) bond in favor of the barangay government and disqualification to participate in future bidding in this barangay. The committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality therein or accept such bids as may considered advantageous to the Barangay government.
