| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :delivery /hauling of solid waste materials Republic of the philippines Province of camarines sur Municipality of ocampo Invitation to bid Delivery /hauling of solid waste materials (name of project) Residual waste (brief description of goods) The municipal government of ocampo, through the fy 2023 municipal annual budget, intends to apply the sum of php 240,000.00, being the approved budget for the contract (abc), to payment under the contract for the delivery /hauling of solid waste material, hereby invites/requests interested suppliers to bid and/or express their interest for this project. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Delivery of goods is required by may 30, 2023. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in section ii of the bidding documents, instruction to bidders (itb). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the revised implementing rules & regulations-part a (irr-a) of r.A. 9184, otherwise known as the government procurement reform act and is restricted to organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines, as specified in r.A. 5183 only bids from bidders who pass the eligibility check will be opened. the process for the eligibility check is described in section ii of the bidding documents, itb. the bidder with the lowest calculated bid (lcb) shall advance to the post-qualification stage in order to finally determine his responsiveness to the technical & financial requirements of the project. the contract shall then be awarded to the lowest calculated & responsive bidder (lcrb) who was determined as such in the post-qualification procedure. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the municipal government of ocampo, camarines sur and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by the interested bidders from the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee in the amount of php 500.00. the method of payment will be on cash basis. Only owner of company are allowed to submit letter of intent, procure bidding documents and submit bid proposals. All owner of company are required to submit rt pcr/rapid antibody or antigen negative result valid within 48 hrs. from the time of test when transacting business with the bac secretariat of ocampo, camarines sur especially during the submission of letter of intent, procure documents, submit/attend bid proposal and bid opening. Social distancing and proper health protocols will be observed during submission of letter of intent, procure bid documents, submission of bids and bid opening.
