The objective of this study is to identify the technical potential of wind energy in coastal zones (up to 6 miles off the coast) and off-shore areas and effectively and efficiently use meteorological, hydrological and hydrographical information to serve the orientation, planning and management of energy production from wind resources. Women-owned companies are encouraged to bid. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified women-owned companies. |
