Location : brgy. alegria, ormoc city Brief description Demolition of existing fence & removal of trees; temporary enclosure; structure excavation; backfilling and compaction; embankment and compaction; reinforcing steel (gr. 40); structural concrete; masonry works (inc. decostone); plastering; steel deck; structural steel; roofing system; ceiling sytem; doors; flush hollow core doors (d3, d5, & d6); 1/4" tinted glass panel door (d1) & (d2); 1/4" tinted glass swing door (d4); windows; 1/4" clear fixed glass windows (w1); 1/4" tinted sliding glass window (w2 & w3); 1/4" awning glass window (w4, w5, w6 & w7); electrical; painting; tileworks; plumbing; supply and installation of metal cladding; stainless steel railings/letters; occupational safety and health program; project billboard/signboard; steel pedestal (rain harvester); stainless water tank (including pipes & fittings); mobilization/demobilization; general requirements (inc. structural analysis); Approved budget for the contract : p 9,113,519.55 cy 2023 20% development fund Contract duration : 143 calendar days Minimum equipment 1-jackhammer w/ air comp.
