| Description: | Invitation to Bid (ITB) :Banaao various projects 2023-01 Republic of the philippines cordillera administrative region mountain province barangay government of banaao tadian, mountain province invitation to bid for banaao various projects 2023-01 march 31, 2023 1. the barangay government of banaao,tadian, mountain province, through the 20% barangay development fund intends to apply the sum of one million four hundred forty-three thousand two hundred thirty-seven pesos & 61/100 (php 1,443,237.61) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for banaao various projects 2023-01 with identification number banaao blgu 2023 - 01. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the barangay government of banaao,tadian, mountain province now invites bids for the banaao blgu 2023 - 01, banaao various projects 2023-01 with works as follows: name of project abc rehabilitation of longlong access road retaining wall 471,243.70 improvement of barangay banaao dws, level iii 830,804.46 installation of solar powered street/pathway lights 141,189.45 total 1,443,237.61 completion of the works is required in ninety (90) calendar days. bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project or in adherence to section 23.4.2.4 of 2016 revised irr of ra 9184 which states that the prospective bidder must have completed an slcc that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the psa consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the abc to be bid: provided, however , that contractors under small a and small b categories without similar experience on the contract to be bid may be allowed to bid if the cost of such contract is not more than the allowable range of contract cost (arcc) of their registration based on the guidelines as prescribed by the pcab . the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instruction to bidders. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the government procurement reform act. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. 4. interested bidders may obtain further information from barangay government of banaao,tadian, mountain province bids and awards committee (bac) secretariat and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from march 31, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., mondays to fridays. 5. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders starting march 31, 2023 to april 24, 2023 during office h |
