All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance security, pre bid conference, evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of r.A. 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations (irr). The schedule of bac activities is as follows: Bac activities schedule 1. advertisement/posting of invitation to bid/issuance of bidding documents march 24, 2023 2. pre bid-conference n/a 3. request for clarification march 28,2023 4. supplemental/bid bulletin march 30, 2023 5. submission/opening of bids and eligibility check march 31,2023 6. submission of additional requirements april 4,2023 7. bid evaluation april 12, 2023 8. post qualification april 14-17, 2023 9. approval of bac resolution/issuance of notice of award april 18, 2023 10. contract preparation and signing april 19-20, 2023 11. approval of contract april 21, 2023 12. issuance of notice to proceed april 24, 2023 The bac will issue to prospective bidders eligibility forms at brgy. poblacion, lgu-pitogo, zambo. sur, upon their submission of the loi, and upon the payment of non-refundable amount of five hundred pesos (p 500.00) to the brgy. poblacion, lgu-pitogo, zambo. sur cashier. prospective bidders shall submit the eligibility requirements to the bac at the said address. they may obtain the result of the eligibility check by the bac at the same address. The bac will issue bidding documents only to bidders declared by the bac to be eligible for the bidding upon payment of the above mentioned non-refundable amount to the cashier of brgy. poblacion, lgu-pitogo, zambo. sur.
