| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :establishment of 4 units solar powered irrigation system under organic agriculture program cy 2023 (second posting) Invitation to bid for the establishment of 4 units solar powered irrigation system under organic agriculture program cy 2023 (second posting) 1. the department agriculture regional field office iv-a, through the organic agriculture program cy 2023 intends to apply the sum of three million one hundred sixty-three thousand nine hundred sixty-seven pesos and twenty-eight centavos (?3,163,967.28) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for establishment of 4 units solar powered irrigation system under organic agriculture program cy 2023 (second posting) and project identification number (itb-2023-03-093). bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the department agriculture regional field office iv-a, now invites bids for the above procurement project. completion of the works is required one hundred twenty (120) days. bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii (instructions to bidders). 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 9184. 4. interested bidders may obtain further information from department agriculture regional field office iv-a and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm mondays thru friday except on the scheduled time of pre-bid conference.
