| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :repair and maintenance of school buildings and other structures: repair of 2-st 12 classroom blsb at ormoc city central school, ormoc city Republic of the philippines City government of ormoc 2nd /f new ormoc city hall bldg.,ormoc city Tel # (053) 255-2054 & 560-8050 Local # 1126, 1127 & 1123 Cb34-________________________ Invitation to bid The city government of ormoc, through the bids and awards committee (bac), invites contractors registered with and classified by the philippine contractors accreditation board (pcab) to bid for the hereunder contract: Name of contract : repair and maintenance of school buildings and other structures: repair of 2-st 12 classrooms blsb Location : ormoc city central school, ormoc city Brief description Removal of dilapidated t & g flooring; replacement of t & g flooring and installation of floor planks; removal of ceiling board and dilapidated ceiling joist; replacement and installation of ceiling board and ceiling joist (selective); removal of wall partitions including dilapidated studs; installation of wall partition and studs (selective); painting works (including sanding and scraping of old loose paints); removal of dilapidated windows (including jambs); replacement and installation of window jamb and windows; removal and replacement of dilapidated roofing sheets; electrical works; occupational safety and health program; project billboard/signboard; Approved budget for the contract : p 2,219,360.62 cy 2023 special education fund Contract duration : 106 calendar days Minimum equipment 30-steel scaffoldings (owned/leased); 2-minor tools (owned/leased); Prospective bidders should possess a valid pcab license applicable to the contract, and should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project with a value of at least 50% of the abc. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents particularly in section ii. instruction to bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations(irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the "government procurement reform act". it is also restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships,partnerships or organization with at least seventy five percent(75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines.
