| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :supply and delivery of construction materials for the maintenance of government buildings and facilities Invitation to bid Supply and delivery of construction materials for the maintenance of government buildings and facilities Lgu-gigmoto, catanduanes March 17, 2023 1. the municipal government of gigmoto, through cy 2023 general fund intends to apply the sum of one hundred sixty nine thousand seven hundred eighty pesos only (php169,780.00) being the total approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for the contract id: 2023-g-003 supply and delivery of construction materials for the maintenance of government buildings and facilities (repair and replacement of plumbing fixtures for lavatory and water closet, repair doors, replacement of door knobs and light bulbs, and replacement of damage clear glass window, repair of ceilings and repainting of ceilings and roofings, lettering of evacuation center , room label of evacuation center, repainting of ceiling of pwd cr, repair of vice mayor room, room label of evacuation center/op cen, 4-unit of bulletin board, flood gauge sign painting & lettering) at lgu- gigmoto, catanduanes. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. 2. the municipal government of gigmoto now invites bids for supply and delivery of construction materials for the maintenance of government buildings and facilities(repair and replacement of plumbing fixtures for lavatory and water closet, repair doors, replacement of door knobs and light bulbs, and replacement of damage clear glass window, repair of ceilings and repainting of ceilings and roofings, lettering of evacuation center , room label of evacuation center, repainting of ceiling of pwd cr, repair of vice mayor room, room label of evacuation center/op cen, 4-unit of bulletin board, flood gauge sign painting & lettering). completion of the delivery is required within fifteen (15) calendar days. 3. bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the total abc. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 4. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the government procurement reform act . 5. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. 6. interested bidders may obtain further information from lgu-gigmoto conference room. bidding documents may be inspected and secured from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, monday to friday at the |
