Project identification no. : infra mar 2023-03-008 Name of contract : improvement of office building (drrm opcenter) Location : poblacion, kabayan, benguet Brief description : steel truss & roofing, gi spandrel exterior wall on 2 x3 tubular studding hardiflex double wall, ceiling & eaves, tile works, plumbing & electrical works, painting works (ceiling, eaves & wall), masonry works, analok door & windows Min. required equipment : bar cutter, welding machine, cargo truck, power tools (power drill, sander) Min. key personnel : 1 civil engineer with at least three years of experience, 1 materials engineer, 1 foreman & 1 safety officer, each should at least have one year of experience Contract duration : 35 cd Abc (source of fund) : php 800,000.00 (general fund) The municipal government of kabayan now invites bids for the above procurement project. completion of the works is required as indicated above referred to as contract duration. bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in section ii (instruction to bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 9184. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the municipal government of kabayan and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on march 15-29, 2023 at the bac office, municipal building, poblacion, kabayan upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents (see table on the next page). the procuring entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person.
