| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :rehabilitation of public buildings, facilities and amenties (rehabilitation/renovation of ormoc city superdome) at ormoc city superdome, ormoc city Republic of the philippines City government of ormoc 2nd /f new ormoc city hall bldg.,ormoc city Tel # (053) 255-2054 & 560-8050 Local # 1126, 1127 & 1123 Cb22-________________________ Invitation to bid The city government of ormoc, through the bids and awards committee (bac), invites contractors registered with and classified by the philippine contractors accreditation board (pcab) to bid for the hereunder contract: Name of contract : rehabilitation of public buildings, facilities and amenities (rehabilitation/renovation of ormoc city superdome) Location : ormoc city superdome, ormoc city Brief description Demolition of existing structure (including removal and disposal); structural concrete; reinforcing steel; masonry works; plastering works; laminated partition board; supply and installation of acoustical ceiling; windows; doors; electrical; painting works; plumbing works; tile works (comfort room); occupational safety and health program; project billboard/signboard; mobilization/demobilization; Approved budget for the contract : p 16,832,858.22 cy 2022 general fund (supplemental budget no. 18) Contract duration : 130 calendar days Minimum equipment 3-bar cutter (owned/leased); 1-1 bagger mixer (owned/leased); 1-concrete vibrator (owned/leased); 1-dump truck (owned/leased); 1-jack hammer with air compressor (owned/leased); 1-electric grinder (owned/leased); Prospective bidders should possess a valid pcab license applicable to the contract, and should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project with a value of at least 50% of the abc. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents particularly in section ii. instruction to bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations(irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the "government procurement reform act". it is also restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships,partnerships or organization with at least seventy five percent(75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines.
