| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :procurement of supply, delivery and installation of pumping system and solar panels with inverter Republic of the philippines Province of cotabato Municipality of antipas Barangay luhong Office of the bids & awards committee Invitation to bid for Procurement of supply, delivery and installation of pumping system and solar panels with inverter 1. the barangay local government unit of luhong, through the dswd kalahi-cidss: ncddp af phase 1 intends to apply the sum of one hundred eighteen thousand two hundred forty nine pesos and 36/100 only (p 118,249.36) being the approved budget of the contract abc to payments under the contract for supply, delivery and installation of pumping system and solar panels with inverter. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the barangay local government unit of luhong now invites bids for the above procurement project. delivery of the goods is required by 10 calendars days. bidders should have completed, within 5 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii (instructions to bidders). 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 9184.
