Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :re-installation of solar street lighting system at sitio bateria plaza Bagting, gabaldon, nueva ecija contract reference number: Name of the contract: r & m-solar street lighting system Standard form number: sf-goods-05 location of the contract: bagting, gabaldon, nueva ecija Revised: may 24, 2004 Invitation to bid for the re-installation of solar street lighting system 1. the barangay government of bagting, in gabaldon, nueva ecija, through the 10% sk fund (reprogrammed), intends to apply the sum of ninety-two thousand pesos only (92,000.00), being the approved budget for the contract (abc) and is duly approved by the respective sanggunian, to payments under the contract for the procurement project, re-installation ofsolar street lighting system in sitio bateria plaza of this barangay, with the following specifications, to wit: Description qty. unit Solar lights 100 w 8 pcs. Flat bar 2 pcs. Welding rod Labor cost Bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The barangay government of bagting now invites bids for the above procurement project. completion of the works is required ninety (90) calendar days from the work commences. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents particularly in section ii (instructions to bidders). 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations of republic act (ra) no 9184. 4.Interested bidders may obtain further information from the barangay government of bagting and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 5.A complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on february 27, 2023 from given address below, and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gpbb, in the amount of five hundred pesos only (500.00). the procuring entity shall allow the bidder to present his proof of payment for the fees, personally. 6.Bids must be duly received by the bac secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below on or before march 7, 2023. late bids shall not be accepted. 7.All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb clause. 8.Bid opening shall be on march 7,2023 at 10:00 in the morning at the given address below. 9.The barangay government of bagting, reserves the right to reject any and all the bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations of republic act (ra) no 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 10.For further information, please refer to: Ruth v. cumagun Barangay treasurer B |
