| Description: | Expression of Interest:Consultant services for Research associate (phi energy projects) The consultant will support the adb philippines energy team in the preparation of proposed projects and implementation of ongoing projects in the energy sector in the philippines, focusing on the clean energy transition and electric vehicle solutions, especially: new approaches for geothermal; renewable microgrid solutions for reliable electricity access; reliability, interconnection, transmission, and grid services; new clean energy technologies, energy storage; and local government energy solutions. Scope of Work: Adb is seeking the services of a national research associate to support the projects and programs planned in the philippines. The research associate will provide on-the-ground technical, analytical, coordination and administrative support to the adb philippines energy team for the preparation and implementation of loans, grants and technical assistance projects in the energy and power sector, including liaising with the department of energy, energy regulatory commission and other government agencies and various stakeholders.
