(ILECO-1) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested bidders to participate in the public bidding of the Project, Purchase of Materials for Substation Feeders Maintenance (From Power Transformer to Switchgear) in accordance with the Republic Act (RA) 10531 and 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations. The ILECO 1, through the FY 2022 Reinvestment Fund for Sustainable Capital Expenditure (RFSCE) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 3,650,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project.
