Participants offer a fixed allowance for 1 mwh, which cannot exceed bgn 40.00 (forty) excluding vat In the capacity of "coordinator of a standard balancing group", the contractor should take responsibility for balancing the clients sites, include the client as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group with the coordinator contractor, without the client paying a participation fee, as well as to provide forecasting of the clients consumption, including the administration of the clients hourly consumption schedules. |
