Study objectives General objective of the feasibility study From a general point of view, the objective of the feasibility study with a view to setting up an industrial unit for the manufacture of electrical equipment (high and medium voltage electrical cables and accessories) from the aluminum produced by the company ALUCAM is to indicate with regard to the Cameroonian context, if so the said project is feasible, and if not, under what conditions it can be carried out. The specific objectives of the feasibility study From a specific point of view, the objective of the feasibility study with a view to setting up an industrial unit for the manufacture of electrical equipment (high and medium voltage electrical cables and accessories) from the aluminum produced by the company ALUCAM is to characterize, for each of the organizational and legal, technical, market and opportunity, socio-environmental, financial and economic aspects, the favorable and/or unfavorable conditions for its realization. MISSION AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE SERVICES The service provider's mission: From a specific point of view, the mission of the service provider who will be entrusted with carrying out the feasibility study of the project is to evaluate, characterize, consolidate and submit, for each of the organizational and legal, technical and technological aspects, market and opportunity, socio-environmental, financial and economic, the conditions which make the realization of the said project favorable and/or unfavorable. Requirements: The Service Provider must submit a binding offer allowing it to perform the services as presented above. The various external services, meetings and necessary collection missions will be deemed to be included in his proposal. The Service Provider will provide a sub-detail of the costs by main activities and by breaking down the time spent by the staff, the associated unit prices and the expenses (travel and subsistence costs, communication, reports, etc.). The Service Provider will be fully responsible for the performance of the services, including the parts performed by its possible subcontractors. He will be responsible for all the personnel (experts and support), the support structures and the logistics essential in quality and quantity for the execution of his missions. Also, he will take all the necessary measures for the proper execution and within the time limits of the work entrusted to him.
