SCOPE OF WORK Specifically, the training programme should at least cover content in the following broader areas: Enterprise Development: to enable SMEDI staff to build the capacity of women and youth owned businesses through capacity building workshops and handholding, mentoring support, development of bankable business proposals and to strengthen their entrepreneurship skills.
