| Description: | Expressions of interest : Firm Recruitment in Charge of the Development of the National Integrated Ocean Governance Policy in Madagascar The SWIOFish2 project invites eligible applicants (Firms) to express their interest in providing the services described above and in the Terms of Reference stipulated in point 7 below. Interested candidates must provide complete information indicating that they are qualified to perform said services. The event file must contain the following documents: - Letter of expression of interest; - Presentation of the firm, the qualifications in relation to the nature of the mission, with supporting documents; - The professional references of the firm: similar services including the sources of financing, the amounts and the object of the services (last five years). The qualification criteria required are: The firm responsible for carrying out this study must demonstrate that it has: - Five (05) years of successful experience in the last ten (10) years in strategic planning and preparation of a national policy and/or in the development of documents or integrated coastal zone management policy; - Two (02) successful similar missions; Are considered as assets: - Similar missions in the South West Indian Ocean region; - Knowledge of the law of the sea and the oceans; - Experiences in carrying out intersectoral studies.
