The Innovation & Capability Voucher (ICV) is a simple to apply, easy-to-use S$5,000 voucher. It is a voucher issued by SPRING Singapore to encourage SMEs to take their first step towards capability development.
SMEs can use the voucher to have a certified Energy Service Company (ESCO) to conduct an audit of the business' energy consumption after which a recommendation of the energy efficiency potentials will be given.
