Kaia has been involved with sustainability reports from a wide range of industries and is also responsible for Paia's training programs. Prior to joining the team, Kaia was a senior consultant in a South East Asian biorenewables consultancy firm where she assisted entrepreneurs in the biomass waste-to-energy field with business development, financing and technology, all within stringent sustainability criteria.

Catherine is the Engagement Practice Lead for Singapore. Since joining Aon Hewitt, Catherine has been involved in various projects on Employee Engagement Projects in Singapore and supporting companies in action planning to improve the engagement among the staff. With her background and experience in a number of global consulting firms, Catherine has led large scale talent projects across multiple practices in public sectors, localorganisations and MNCs, within Singapore and in the region. Catherine has vast experience on transiting clients on engagement projects from various other global consulting firms into Aon Hewitt
