The Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS), with support from SPRING Singapore and IE Singapore, is leading a Trade Mission to setup a Singapore Pavilion at the 2-in-1 Tradeshow - Renewable Energy Asia and Entech Pollutec Asia – held from 5 – 8 June 2013 at Bangkok, Thailand.
Renewable Energy Asia 2013 features exhibitors and delegates in the Solar, Wind, Biofuel, Biomass and Biogas sectors. Exhibitors at the show will increase business opportunities and contacts with project developers, key decision makers, independent power producers, facility managers etc.
The Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS) is setting up the Singapore Pavilion at the Renewable Energy Asia and Entech Pollutec Asia 2013, with Grant Funding covering up to 50% of booth costs for Singapore based corporate exhibitors. SEAS also offers exhibiting companies business matching and engagement services, fully maximizing the exhibitors' business opportunities throughout the event.
Background on Thailand Renewable Energy Sector
Opportunities abound for Singapore companies interested in Thailand’s RE and EE market. Under the Alternative Energy Development Plan (AEDP) 2012-2021, the Government of Thailand is committed to developing Thailand’s energy to be of 25% renewable sources by 2022, from its current 8%, aiming to increase renewable energy capacity from 7,413ktoe in 2012 to 25,000ktoe in 2021.
