In Singapore as in the region the energy demand is expected to grow in the future due to an expanding economy and a growing population. Much of this growing energy demand could be avoided if we use energy more efficiently instead of increasing energy production. As per the Sustainalbe Singapore Blueprint released in April 2009, the Government has set a target to achieve a 35% improvement in energy efficiency from the 2005 level by 2030. In line with government's move towards energy efficiency, SEAS offers a host of energy efficiency programs exploring various facets of energy efficiency. Training programmes include: -Singapore Certified Energy Manager -Energy Management System (ISO 50001:2011) Foundation Course -Energy Management System (ISO 50001:2011) Implementation Training -Energy Management System (ISO 50001:2011) Internal Auditing -Energy Management System (ISO 50001:2011) Advanced Lead Auditor Course -Green solutions for Sustainable Built Environment -Waste Heat Recovery for Energy Efficiency |
