SEAS has embarked upon a regional technical analytical study of multilateral opportunities for its members within China, India, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

Development Finance International, Inc. (DFI) has been commissioned to undertake this project to bring our members and Singapore-based companies the required developing country, donor, and market intelligence, experience, networks, and proven record of success within the Asia region and beyond.

This technical analysis of projects, technical requirements and financing of regional opportunities available via the likes of the Asian Development Bank, USAID, USAID's Environmental Cooperation-Asia, Multi-donor Climate Investment Fund, ect.

Key value to SEAS Members includes:

• Up-to-date intelligence on some of the leading RE/EE projects in the region, focused on the capabilities and offerings of SEAS members, thus expanding the potential sales pipeline;
• Leads to key RE/EE decision-makers in-country, including government and donor officials;
• Insight into the structure and processes of some of the key RE/EE donor programs which have funds and resources available for clean energy initiatives in the region;
• Coaching on how to internalize the intelligence on donor projects and programs and then how to successfully pursue contracts and tap funds;and
• Guidance to SEAS on how to use new insights to plan and maximize opportunities available under SEAS'2010 Trade Missions.
